I am working on a customers 1989 IROC Vert that has some frame damage I have replacement frame brackets and new front fenders if anyone can send me pictures or documentation on the modification to the front fenders for clearance of the frame brackets it would be greatly appreciated thanks

IIRC ASC cut the bottom of the fender off. The Fender is the same as a coupe, just cut... I have been told that they added a bracket somehow to the bottom of the fender... I want to think there are two layers down there and they may have attached it to the inner layer...

Yeah I know that they cut it and I don't think its any more complicated than that but i need documentation for the insurance company or photo proof if someone has because they are not too keen on just hacking up a coupe fender

 

To bad your weren't closer. There are two fenders from a 89 Camro Vert at the not so local pick n pull.

 

I just replaced the left front fender on my 89. Had to cut 4 inches off the fender next to the door. The bracket is the one that attaches the fender to the inside of the door jamb. Sorry, took some pics but none show what your're looking for.

 

can I Pay someone to get some pics even from the wrecker car for me ? I can pay with paypal or something , The insurance company needs some documentation Thanks guys please

I'd say ship me the fenders but the freight would be killer and a buch of pics will help my situation with insurance
