Re: Lightbar owners please help

you're gonna have to find your hot wire or positive wire in your loom goin to your rear brake light. left or right it does'nt matter, preferrably the closest to the end of the light bar that your wires come out of. once you determine your hot, then you determine your hot for your light on the bar. you might have to add some more wire to your hot from your bar to make it reach and or "hide" better. strip the hot wire to your lft or right rear brake light and if its "stranded wire" soder the hot wire from your bar to the bare spot that you just stripped. if its "solid wire" then go to your local electrical store for the appropriate crimps. once you make the connection tape real good with electrical tape. the wire you should have left should be your neutral or negative and just run it to a bare spot on the chassis of the car somewhere where you will have a good connection. then test. let me know how this works out for you.

Re: Lightbar owners please help

i had no idea what a "light bar" was so i was looking it up and i found this http://www.importprecision.com/light...uide_93-04.htm its a site for instructions for installation. it may also have 3rd gen instructions too.
and now after looking all around i still cant figure out what it is.
live and learn.
