First off, it's not my car. It caught my eye when I was car shopping last month. I ultimately went with another convertible.
The thing that struck me was the ultra-low miles. The site does not provide a CARFAX. I talked to the dealer, he said the car is owned by his mechanic, and was purchased for $10,000 a few years back; he just wants to get rid of it. I asked for better pictures, but never received them. 88 Sport Coupes are not among my favorite models, so I passed on this one.
Think the miles are legit?

I'm not a fan of sport coupe convertibles. It does look clean though.

That being said, I thought it was a very good price for an extremely low-mile car. If the mileage is accurate.

only 1,859 sport coupes converts were built in 88 verses 4 to 5 thousand irocs. I'd say they are getting pretty rare. And, you could always clone it. If that is the correct milage I'd buy it in a new york second.

You know, I've been keeping an eye on eBay and other sites for these Camaros. Many states have mileage exempt after a certain amount of time, so it's really easy to write in a mileage again. There are some on there right now I'm convinced are not low mile cars. 900 miles, and it was repainted? Right!!!
