Took some new pics!

Wanted to share some pics with you guys. First off I got some new rims on my ride, I decided to go with the Rev 100's 18x9 on all four corners. Added some Eibach sportline springs which lowered the car pretty nicely. I wish the rear was a little bit lower but I was told it would settle eventually? I also ditched the humungous and ugly center caps that originally came with the rims. They reminded me of door ***** or clown noses! (if that makes any sense?) LOL anyways they probably would blend better on a 57 chevy more than an IROC. I replaced those caps with some flat aluminum ones that are custom made. I also added black decals that say "Z28" to go on the flat caps. With all the new touches I think it looks good!

Oh yeah I've seen quite a few threads on here with the same rims so I know there not completely original anymore.

Re: Took some new pics!

Man that looks really good. The grey centers just look at home on there. Flat caps are pretty much a necessity on any "TT2" looking wheel. Gives more of a performance look to me.

Re: Took some new pics!

That thing looks rediculous! Perfect stance. GM need to make these cars..seriously. Get the old tooling out and stamp MORE out. modern drivetrain and a rim/tire like these 18's...dreamcar! New LT1 and a turbo 3.6 that cranks out 30-35+mpg..

Dude they are 0 offset 5x4.75 fit perfectly no spacers needed no rubbing either. Tires are 245/40. Will go with a wider rear tire eventually.

Re: Took some new pics!

I am very fond of black verts and yours looks great. Post pics of the interior and other mods. The best looking color combo there has ever been is black and chrome. IMHO.

Thanks dude! I plan on adding a bunch of exterior/interior pics in my profile folder eventually. I like the black and chrome look too which I had, but I wanted a different look, something more agressive and sporty rather than all shiny and pretty. I think I achieved that!?

Re: Took some new pics!

I dont normally like verts... that's an incredibly good looking car. Amazing how much better it looks now than it did with the chrome IROCs... They looked okay and the car looks good, but this just puts it over the top. Wow.
