My 89 GTA ASC Project
Just sharing with the group my latest project. The car has been sitting in Nevada for about ten years and will need some tlc to make a nice ride out of it again. Grabbed it for $3k and it even came with brand new 17” GTA wheels on new tires and a rebuilt Paxton Supercharger. Currently trying to get the fans to work however they’re giving me a good fight.

I tried posting pictures however the page is difficult to navigate. I pick pictures and all it does is upload them to a page saved file

Nice of them to put new 17" GTAs on a car sitting that long, good score. See the box next to the smiley face in the "quick reply" at the bottom. If you click on that you can upload pics from your PC.

Not sure why he put new wheels on it when it needed other things more important. Not a fan of them anyway so I’m going to list them for sale

I think I did ok. It runs great however can’t get the fans to work just yet. I’m looking for a set of 16” GTA wheels (all fronts) as I’m not a fan of the 17”s

They look exactly the same, not sure why you're not a fan. Also it is getting harder to find the proper size tires for the 16's, seems each year there are less and less available options

not sure I’d completely agree. The 88 Vette could be had w a 16” or 17” wheel. Either 255/50/16 or 275/40/17, tired, depending on the wheels. Both rode fine.
