The fan does not turn off at a certain speed on the highway. It turns off at a certain temperature. The temp. it turns off at is determined by the fan sensor.
BTW. How does your poly trans mount feel like a broken rubber one?

Ok, I looked it up. 'Fan 1 Disable Speed' on my AUJP bin is 35 MPH. It does also shut off at a coolant temp, but I'm too lazy to look through the code to see if the speed overrides the temp shutoff.

As long as the AC is on, the stock Single electric fan stays on all the time to cool the AC condensor.

The poly tranny mount.
Breathment. It is not uncommon to have a vibration at certain rpm ranges. My Trans Am has a vibration at about 3500and my friends Formula has it about the same as yours. Sometimes the balancing weights on the drive shaft can come off or move and this causes vibrations. I have a brand new rubber tranny mount and mine still vibrates.

In reguards to my previous message.
When I said that the fan turning off is not determined by vehicle speed, I was refering to cars no longer using the stock fan wiring.
Regarding the fans........
I (and Willie) installed LED's with my cooling fan switches that come on when the fan is on. My (primary) fan stays on even above 35 or 45 mph. This is no problem with our fans, because they are pullers. I have a manual turn on for my secondary fan, as well. My car does not get above 200* at idle or cruising.
