92 airdam

on my car i have like a 3 piece air dam the ones on the side are about a foot long and on the ground effects, but any ways my driver side section is missing and i was wondering if this is an important or critical part or should i just not worry about it and take the passenger side one off untill i have the extra money to fix it, i am not positive how long it has been missing and i havent noticed any difference in temp thanx

My 85 TA only has a center airdam and that is all it has ever had so you should be fine without the end pieces.

the center one does 90% of the cooling, the side ones are there more for aerodynamic and prob style reasons.

you can get them off 85-90's and just drill new holes in them. (you might have to reverse sides though, if don't remember. i had a 92 conv, and switched it back to 85-90 ground effects. i just reused my old side ones but with new holes)
