Whats a normal reading on a guage for the coolant temp and Oil Pressure? Thanks.

Normal operating temps for a stock 3rd Gen is around 220. If you live in a hotter or cooler climate you may see some differences.

Normal oil pressure is harder to say. Ideally you want as much oil pressure as you can get to a certain degree. About 10psi per 1000 RPM is considered acceptable. My engine, for example, has about 70 psi @ 2500 cold and 55 psi at operating temp. At idle, I have about 55-60 psi cold and 30 psi once warmed up. I have an Auto Meter guage, I don't trust the stocker...
