next time you go out.. put the a/c on and see if the fan turns off... since you set the fan to stay on all the time... you may be cutting it off when the a/c goes on because the fan is susposed to come on when a/c goes on so maybe you created a cut off pint! it happend to me once

lol yeah i figured thats what was happening but nah, it stays running the whole time, maybe its cutting off at 22 instead of turning off....lmao, who knows....

i heard the fan has 2 speeds, , its supposed to kick into high speed when the a/c is on, this true?

i dont think the fan has a two speeds. but you may want to check infront of the condensor or inbetween it and the radiator, might be something blocking it making it difficult to get good enough air flow. how high does the temp get? is that duing traffic or highway?

nothing at all between the radiator and condensor, ive taken the radiator out several times lol.

it gets damn near 260 degrees. and itll do it on the highway....but will only do it when the a/c is on.

weird huh.

radiator is new, ..no bent fins, completly clean inside the radiator, ive flushed it 3 times now.

i dunno wtf its doing it.

maybe my guage is off, which sensor send the signal to the guage??

the one on the drivers side head??

Nope, it's a plastic piece under the car thats about 3 feet long and sticks down about 6 inches and directs air towards the radiator. if it's there then dont worry about it, if not then you need one.

Edit: The one underneath this post, lol.

Im thinking you have a bad radiator. Fans never shut off because the temp starts backing up. With the A/C on it continues the overheat. If the Radiators good, Its very possible that the fans come on and cool the engine down better.
