Cooling fans are not workin?????

ok, i am stupid got my camaro out because my other car was out gas, well its snowy and icey out so i ended up gettin stuck in the driveway, well ice/snow got up inside and my fans locked up, and i noticed it when my car started gettin around 220 that something was not right, well i stop car, and notice that the fans are not working, so i break away the ice and get them to where they can move, but the fans still wont work, did it burn a fuse?? also these fan motors are new just a couple months old, did they burn the motors up ?? i need help asap, also my fans run all time wit the ingition turned over, please help asap, thanks a lot

definitely check each fan by hooking 12 volts to them and verify that they work, after that get back to us, or check the relays also.

ok, bout ten minutes ago i hooked up my 12 volt battery to one of the fan motors, and the one i checked worked, so i assume they both work, the relay appears to be good, i jsut replaced that a couple months ago too when i put the fan motors on, i checked the wiring appears to be good, is there any kind of fuse?

there is a fuseable link which runs inline to the relay. not sure where its at. check near the battery though.
