switchin over

ok well i got a 82 Z28 Pace car with a pulley driven fan system. i just recently purchased a single fan setup off of a 91-92 camaro. just wondering how i can wire it up so itll turn on with the ignition. i didnt get any kind of wiring harness with the fans.

Just get a relay and put it up near the battery somewhere, run the +12 line from the battery to the switched part of the relay, put the ground from the relay to a ground that you probably already have near the battery. then if it were me I would find a wire under the driver side console that supplies power after the iginition is turned on and run it to the relay.... you could wire it to a temp switch too if you wanted it to just come on at a certian temp.
