too cold

I have a dual fan set up and totally rewired the car. Now I have one fan turn on when i turn the car on, and have the other wired to a switch.

Would I be keeping the car too cold if i had both running all the time?

I am pretty sure it would just take forever to get to optimum operating temp.

I also am running a stock radiator, but NOT stock motor. It is a 500 hp 383. I know this thing is gonna put out more heat than the old TPI 305. Thats why I ask about the running dual fans all the time question.

Thanks for any help
