Best cooling fan switch and thermostat temp for stock setup

Hope you guys can set me up with some info on the best cooling fan switch to get and what temp thermostat to run. I have had 3rd Gens for over 10 years and the only time I had to modify a cooling system is when I hot wired the fans back in the younger days.

So now, what is the correct way to do this? I know Jet has a fan switch for 195/185`F on/off. Is that it? Are there others? Also if I run a 180 Tstat will this work fine?

This will be on an L98 car with dual fans.

Thanks
Mark

Thanks, so what's the reason that you're switching to the 180 stat?

it doesnt really allow it to get up to normal operating temp, especially for canada it is a little to low. if im on the highway the temp is just too low for my liking. and most guys on this site will say a 180 is a much better choice. i was just experimenting.
