Engine: 5.7L 530hp, 5.7L 430hp
Transmission: TH350, 700R4
Axle/Gears: Ford 9", 10 Bolt 3.23
83 Z28 V8, belt to AC compressor broken...
Hey all,
I figure I already know the answer, but the belt that runs to my AC compressor broke, but every othe gear still has one belt or another running to it. I assume this means short of my AC being non functional, everything else in the car will operate no problem? The vehicle will not suffer any ill fate that I have not thought of because of this? I don't use the AC anyway, and all the other belts are new.

Your good to go. And if you dont use the AC take it out that compressor weighs a ton.
