When I turn the air on from the inside of my car i can hear it click on. I can feel air blowing from the top dash, but nothing is coming through the vents in the front (the one's that face me). I must have some blockage preventing the air flow. I assume i'm gonna have to pull off my dash but i'd loke some confirmation that I'm doing this correctly. Any tips on what i should be lookin for?

Common problem with our cars. Defrost is the default when a vacuum leak occurs. Check the link below for info that may provide useful:Originally Posted by AgentofChaos

Thank you, James. I read through all of the information in
The other thread (including the link to another thread). I'mstill unure because I'm not experiencing any hissing noises nor is my system only clicking on defrost.
I can adjust the sliders and hear the air flow, it's just not coming through the front vents. I can feel it on top of the dash just fine. Could this still be an issue with the HVAC?

definitely - the leak could also be under the hood instead of under the dash. the lines going through the firewall are plastic and can get brittle over time. may want to check there (should exit almost dead center, slightly to the passenger side)
Alright, before I go and open up the HVAC controls I'm going to make sure all my lines are connected. I have one plastic line sticking out from the harness of the blower motor that runs into the firewall.
I'm thinking this might be part of the problem, though my bird had a custom stereo setup and it's possible that it might have been a botched installation as well.
Here's a picture of said line. Could anyone show me a picture of where it runs to or at least point me in The general direction?
