Trans Cooler leak?
I think I found my heating problem and idle problem. I double checked my tranmission fluid and it was low and PINK. I have serious reson to believe my transmission cooler is leaking and mixing with my coolant.

Re: Trans Cooler leak?
The only place the coolant and trans fluid are near each other is in the radiator
i guess that the radiator failed internally and is allowing the two to mix rather than failing with a visible leak on the ground.
im not sure how to test the radiator for this but if you have the money to throw at it i would get another radiator and a trans filter and fluid change.

Re: Trans Cooler leak?
Unless the trans fluid is being pushed into the coolant more that the coolant is coming into the trans.
check to see if the coolant is starting to get a redish tint to it
