Stupid question of the day/ plug off unused rad outlets

Car: 1991 Z28
Engine: 350 LT1
Transmission: T 56 (converted from 700r4)
Axle/Gears: 4.10 from a 2000 TA
Stupid question of the day/ plug off unused rad outlets
Hey dudes. Question I need to plug off one rad outlet on my third gen rad and one outlet on my lt1 water pump.
What do guys usually use to do this?
I've been to a few parts stores and they don't seem to have any idea. Is there premade caps that you can buy and hose clamp on?
Should be 5/8 outlets .any part numbers Would be helpful so I can do a search on them
