A/C Troubles and Confusing Wiring

Everyone,

I've been trying to troubleshoot my A/C today after finally hooking everything up and getting it charged. Please take a look at the photo...After looking at the wiring diagrams I assumed power when on would be on the red arrow (Green Wire) but on the contrary I get 12V on the Blue Arrow or (Light Blue Wire) on the Cycling Pressure Wire which I thought was not used. Keep in mind I replaced the R4 compressor with a Sanden compressor which only has one wire. When I jump the light blue and the Sanden power lead the a/c works as expected with the exception of cycling on and off way too much. I'm sure that can be attributed to the wiring or my high pressure switch. (134a Switch) Am I confused on the wiring? Any ideas? The A/C also worked fine before the compressor went out and I have cut nor spliced any wiring.

Thanks
Bill

I figured out the cycling issue but doe anyone know which wires I should be using? Again only the light blue wire in the photo has 12 volts when a/c is on....I thought the right wire was the dark green wire
