Question re: Heater Hose Tubes..

The metal tubes on the passenger side frame rail: Is it a good idea to keep them? Or is it better to just run heater hoses straight from the core to the engine?...

Re: Question re: Heater Hose Tubes..

Are they rusted out? If not, I'd keep em. The idea was to move the heater hoses out of the way to make room for emissions equipment, A/C, etc. To me they look cleaner.

Re: Question re: Heater Hose Tubes..

I "think" they are in good condition. Don't see any rust, but have not disassembled them yet.
