1986 Single Fan Not Turning On Again
I have a 1986 Camaro IROC Z TPI 305 with the factory single fan. My car does not have a fan switch. About 4 years ago, the first time this had happened my fan motor was bad so it was replaced a long with the relay. About 2 years later my fan stopped coming on a second time and this time it was the pig tail the fan plugs in to. Now it's not coming on again. The ECM was also replaced about 4 years ago due to a separate issue (car stalled as soon as I stepped on the gas).
When I turn on the AC the fan does not turn on. Also after doing city driving with my car at 230-240 or so, the fan was not on when I pulled into a Walgreens parking lot. (Temperature was verified by both the gauge and a Temp gun). Any idea what else it could be?

Have you checked the fan relay? Ive seen those wires burn up leading to it.

On mine it's right next to the radiator on the passenger side. It's a square shaped cartridge. I'll take a picture tomorrow and post it here.

It's usually either black or white. I believe mine is a Standard Auto Parts brand.
It's located right next to the battery

I noticed I have a cut wire on my fan relay pigtail. Does anyone know what this could be to?
When I tested the pig tail for connectivity, I got -630 ohms. Anyone know what this means?
I did some more digging. Anyone know what this wires are to?
Or these two connectors?

I took a look at my fuse box and couldn't find a fan fuse. I've replaced several of the fuses over the years but never the fan one. On all of the diagrams I see where my Fan fuse should be there is a 15 amp fuse for LID above the 25 AC fuse. Is anyone else's fusebox like mine?
