If you want to be able to do it yourself can you read schematics? That would be the first place to start. austinsthirdgen has schematics that will help you. See if the relays are getting power form orange wire first. If they are you need to make the relays work. Look at the schematic for your car and the wire that triggers the relay will need to be grounded to body of car (gray wire from AC switch or dark green/white stripe wire from computer). I would trigger the wire from the AC. Just remove it from the AC pressure switch and touch it to the body. If that makes the fan come on you have an issue upstream or towards your computer. If it doesn't check you wiring all over. You may have a burnt wire. The main connector near the relays can have a burnt wire in the connector. It is the big six pin connector. Pull it apart and look for toasty wires.

Edit: You have to have the key on to test the grounding out of the gray wire. Not running, just in the on position.

Re: Dual fan issue

I looked at some relays and have no idea which two are the fan relays. This winter I am going to change out the fans and radiator. I just wanted to be able to drive it until then and it gets pretty hot without the fans
