Bady Fan Relays ? 88 Iroc Dual Electric Fans. Electric Issue.
Updated***
Not sure which fan is primary and which is secondary, E being the main power from Battery to the Relays. I find power on one Relay at this point, but no power on the other Relay at this point. So question, Does the Primary relay control functions of the secondary? Also note I try to Ground E to A (on both) with the Relay off and neither fan comes up. Hmmmmmmmmmm The Wiring looks stock and not too messed with. Going to T/S this issue. My Multimeter is dead for some reason blah.
(not sure if this belongs in the Electric or Cooling forum) A bit of both haha.
So, here is the situation:
Found alot of information with search. Any expertise welcome. Troubleshooting at this time. Out getting new relays at this time to rule those out. Tested fans directly too the battery and they work. **back replaced Relays, same issue**
Grounded Secondary Fan from Green wire running to fan relay switch, does not come on (I hear the relay clicking for a moment) but no fan.
Grounded Primary Fan from Green wire running to fan relay switch, does not come on (I hear the relay clicking for a moment) but no fan.
Fans do not come on with the AC on either.
Hmmm?? I was going to run switches from these 2 wires that control the ground on the sensors... but apparently my issues is not my sensors?
Ideas would be appreciated, traffic sucks in Dallas at times. Drives great on the road at 160-180. Sitting idle/Stop and Go... it will overheat.
Ideas would be greatly appreciated, I need some expertise, and I would like to get this done today as I won't have another day off for a week.
Thanks guys

Verify you are getting 12V+ at the connector to the fan motor when you ground the connector and hear the relay click. Also verify that you have a good ground at the fan motor connector. If you don't have 12V+ when the motor is supposed to be on, I would check the fusible link that feeds power to the fans. It comes off of the main pos. battery cable near the terminal on the battery.

Power from the Fuse near the Relays is good too (the 20 amp one I assume) Although either my eyes are playing with me or I am not seeing it, I see no connection with this power source too the Fans or Relays. Time to strip the old black cover off I guess.

Hmmm definately a wiring issue I think, I jumpered F to A, then powered A with E. Fans came on (for each relay I tested). It looks so stock though. Strange. I see no major wear or tear, lines test out. Ahhh so strange.
Still though, Grounding out the 2 Green wires (that control sensors for the primary and secondary fans) should auto turn on the fans correct? I connect them on the A (wire too the Fans) it turns them on.
I used these as reference from the forums:

Bad wiring somewhere, fans come on with grounded green wire. Will troubleshoot, thanks. Maybe some noob like me will find this post amonst the hundreds that have Fan Relay as key words and do some wire troubleshooting himself before replacing everything on the car lol. Thanks

Re: Bady Fan Relays ? 88 Iroc Dual Electric Fans. Electric Issue.
If you have dual fans one is the primary and the other comes on depending on speed when the air conditioning is on. Check your connections on the fan switch, should be on drivers side head.
