Need advice on choosing a fan shroud for my 26" radiator

whats up guys.

I purchased a 3 row aluminum radiator for my 87 z28 its 26" wide I want to get a fan shroud assembly with connectors that will work properly and dont want to spend 400-600 for the derale one.

any recommendations for affordable and reliable options. i also have 2 hella Iso Mini weatherproof relays H84709001 and their corresponding connectors. chat gpt says this will work for both fans using one connector for 2 80w fans

I think i also need a temperature controller or thermal switch lmk if im wrong or what I need thanks

Late comment, but 2x 80w fans is quite lame-especially chinese cheapies. Stock single would be better. Flex a lite, Spal, Maradyne are good aftermarket fans or the right salvaged OEM fan(s) . Turn on thermostat should be 15-20* above thermostat rating.

unfortunately you guna pay that.
cheap is not the place to play with engine cooling.
2022 camaro has an AMAZING fan that needs a PWM contyroller to run it.
But it pulls 5500 or 6500 cfm, and needs 80 amps at full speed.

Hey thanks for the reply, the current ones on the car are from canada look like 2 80w ones.
they way these guys wired this **** was crazy. looks like i need to rewire with the new connectors I got and see if its fully functional then worry about using those if they still work then if not either trying to find some oem ones out of a later 90s camaro i hear those will work well if I can find some out of a donor car otherwise its expensive for new sets like you guys are mentioning

Canada is good-those may be replacement motors on OEM stock fans for a third or came off some other car. Some older US made aftermarket fans used made in Canada motors too.

You can also find universal sheet metal shrouds on ebay. I bought a cheap one and then mounted my fans of choice on it. Pretty low cost at the end of the day.
