ECM Code 12 constantly

Hi guys, newbie to the site, normally work on a 82 Crossfire Vette but my daughter has the following:

89 Camaro, 305 TBI.....Car was running fine other than occassional die from idle. It just stopped running on her in the driveway, will start for a second or so, then shut off. I was able to get it to run for about 60 seconds one time. Checked for codes and getting a constant 12. Not three 12's then a trouble, just constant 12's, one after another. I replaced the MAP, new plugs, wires, distributer and rotor, fuel filter.

It seems to have good fuel pressure and spark. Car has 127,000 miles, but good compression.

Any ideas? :hail:

Repeating 12s is just no distributor reference pulse, which is normal.

When cranking can you see the injectors spray some?.
All fuses good?.

If no fuel spray, see if there is power to the injectors. The ECM grounds the injectors to fire them.
