ECM Vehicle list - ARRRGGGGGGHHHH!

Some time today I came across a list of ECM part numbers crossed to the GM vehicle that used it. I'm pretty sure it was on this site but I forgot to book mark it and now I can't find it.

I know about the one on the GMEFI site and that has the same info (or more) but the one I came across was a simple list and was Camaro specific (I think).

I've been searching for hours and can't relocate the damn thing so I'm finally resorting to asking. Please help me find this list again.

Could be but that is kind of hard to read. I found it on the net somewhere, thought it was thirdgen but maybe not. Oh well...

Try saving this to your hard drive and blowing it up with a preview program.

OK, much more readable now without having to save and enlarge. Thanks.

I can now see this is NOT what I was looking for.

What I want is a list of the ECM part numbers crossed to the vehicle ID like,

1227302 '86-'89 Camaro 2.8L MFI (VIN = S)

I made that up based on my ECM information but you get the idea.

I know I found a very concise listing on on a single page last night and stupid me didn't save. I literally spent 3 hours looking for it and could not find it again. Perhaps I dreamed it...

R Bob,

Those two I have bookmarked. They will do but they are not the elusive concise list I have lost. Drat, perhaps I did dream it.

Thanks anyway.

Hmm, I just double checked Ludis's site and he doesn't list the car model. I had thought he did. Try checking your browsers history log, the site may be in there.

RBob,

Thans for the suggestion, I took your advice but no dice. That will teach me to

a)forget to bookmark good stuff

or

b)read about stuff on EFI late into the night till I start to hallucinate

I know what you are talking about, or something very similar. It was in table format, each BCC was listed with vehicle, engine, etc. It wasn't Camaro specific, as there were trucks, Caprices, etc., but it listed what you wanted.

I found it not too long ago, but of course I have no bookmark for it.

I have this, BCC find ? but still not what you are looking for is it?

dyeager535,

What you talked about in the first part of your message pretty much nailed it. It was not the BCC find thing although that is cool and is now bookmarked.

thanks.

Did you try looking in your browser's history file? It will keep a record of every site you visited for 30 days or longer. Just a thought. HTH

Yep, someone already suggested this. I looked at every link and no luck. I'm beginning to believe it was indeed a late night halucination.
