Is there a GM PCM that does port injection, SD, and runs a normal dissy (NOT opti) and can control a 4L60e?

Have you thought about adding the trans code to an 8D bin?
I think there are enough spare I/O on a 7730 to do it.
Might loose the PWN for the converter clutch but that's not really a loss imop. Just use an older converter.
Might have to get creative to get the inputs in for the gear position but should be doable.

I haven't had time to look into the $OD dis to finish the trans code commenting. Once that's done it might be possible to
do a trans plant.
