7749 with $58 runs fine after tune only 1 time

I don't know if anyone has had this problem but I would like to find out a solution so I can do some good tuning. I am running a 355 with a tpis miniram 38# injectors, a 00384lm crower cam, dart heads and a vortec s/c @ 10lbs of boost.

Using C.A.T.S. and TunerPro RT, I lowered the base pulse constant ~vs~ desired egr (F28) from the .089 to .0622 to help drop the injector pulse width and help with the tuning. Then with the car running I started to adjust BLM on table F29C (Closed Throttle). Engine was running really good and INT's were staying right around 127 and BLM's were constant at 125 - 129. I had to end programming for the night and let the car cool off. The next day, I tried to start the car and it would barely run. It would start then stall and after 5 attempted starts when it gets warmed up it gets a little better but is never what I had it before. I can watch the BLM's go from 80 to 160 like a seesaw.

What table would be the recommended to adjust?

I am guessing tables from F50 to F57 but that is my guess. Any help would be appreciated.
