Injector/PCM Issue - very strange....

I have tested my injectors for 12v current and alternating grounding (on/off) as advised by another TGO member.
I have constant 12v when ignition is on, to both terminals of all 8 injectors.
Its as if the pcm has decided to ground them full-time when ignition is on.
Needless to say the car won't start, and i'm pretty sure no fuel is being discharged from the injectors as well...

Please help!

Re: Injector/PCM Issue - very strange....

Correct me if I am wrong but isnt the injectors pulsed only when there is a signal from the ignition module. In the A-3 chart there is a test where you touch a test tight to one of the pins on the module and everytime you touch it the injector is suppose to pulse. It also says to use a test light and touch both pins on the harness and the light should light up. Look at this page and see if it helps.
