streetable cam

Alright I did some searching really couldnt find the answer i was looking for, I have a rebuilt 355 with little miles on it, My car is a 86iroc with TPI, I was thinkin of runnin the tpi or converting to a LT1 motor, question is which cam would be most streetable with stock heads on both motors with just a stall and stock gears which are 3.23s, I know the pros and cons of both motors but since i have a motor with no miles thought id just cam it out, port intake runners plenum, run long tubes, ported heads and a bigger tb. if anyone has a 400hp setup that is streetable or even 350hp id really like to know thanks
