NEED HELP: ECM to ALDL wiring for missing ALDL cable

Hey Guys,
I'm in Dire need of someone with some knowledge of the ALDL connector.
I've seen the ALDL connector diagram and the diagram for making your own ALDL cable to connect to a pc, but my car has been converted to Right Hand Drive and i think the cable has been butchered.
I just need to know exactly what wires need to be coming from where in order to get it hooked up to the car pc via rs232 port.
I've taken a picture of the ALDL connector in the car and as you can see if has 4 wires being used and two of the ports are being used on a single orange wire going to??????
What I'd like to do is just run the wires direct from the ECM to the serial cable so i know exactly where its coming from.

Is it only a data wire and a ground wire that i need or are there other wires as well?

also for the info you might need, its a 165ECM for 86-88 MAF TPI

Any help would be very appreciated
