can anyone help me figure this out i bought a 91 305 sd tpi setup complete with wiring harness and ecm,but didnt get any of the vats system i want to put it in a 88 tbi car do i need the vats and what kinda wiring problems will i encounter

 

I believe vats can be turned off in the .bin

 

not sure i know what you mean by .bin is it in the computer

 

a bin is the info that the ecu runs the car on. ie fueling and spark. it is specific for tranny, engine, california etc.

 

oh i didnt kno wat u meant is that something i can do or shld i jus buy the bypass box
