I guess I would start with a spray into TB of fuel or starting fluid. And give it a try.
Check both fuses for injectors.
Is distributor off 180deg?

Injectors both fire, has spark. I set balancer at 0degrees and rotor pointed to #1 cylinder so I assume it's not 180 off

New engine, plenty of fuel flow, have an aeromotive external regulator and the factory regulator is gone with a block off plate installed.

Best way to find out is to pull drivers side valve cover and check the position of the valves on #1. TDC on #1 will have both valves closed (up).
I looked at the data log and noted injector PW, which you confirm they are firing. Has an OK cranking RPM, a little low but normal for a new engine.
It also isn't pulling much vacuum. Low cranking speed and a ratty cam will do this. So will having the valves adjusted too tight. A compression test will show if the valves are too tight.
Holding the go-pedal to the floor during cranking is a clear flood mode. Can do this in case the engine got flooded with repeated starting attempts.

Got it started today and it was running great!
But then both head gaskets started leaking coolant
So I gotta fix that now.
I also noticed the ECU was reading coolant temperature about 50 or 60 degrees lowers then the gauge, kind of weird. I know my wire going to the sender on the side of the head is spliced together, could that throw off the reading? Was kind of scary not knowing which one to trust.
