There are no stock 5-speed (or any stick) calibrations for L98 engined f-body's. And a y-body calibration for an l98 is for use with the '113 aluminum heads.

I have a similar question. I have an 89 auto prom. I will be running a manual. What is the best course of action? If no factory bin files exist for such a setup, is there some proven manual trans files available?

just run the 350tpi stock prom, you just won't have a shift light on your dash. And make sure you have the VSS plugged in or the car will stall at stops.
