Car: 1990 firebird formula
Engine: 355 HSR comp xfi 268 vortec heads
Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: 3.27 BW 9bolt
newbie to efi.
so im building a 350 TPI l98 that's bored .040, with vortec heads probly going to be running this cam http://www.jegs.com/i/Comp-Cams/249/SK08-466-8/10002/-1 (90% sure) with a HSR thinking 24-30lbs injectors and know absolutely nothing about ECU's or tuning lol
currently in the car is a 305 tpi a 1990 speed density. so basicly I want to know, will the car even run on a stock tune?, what do I need to tune this. how do I tune, do's and donts etc. please help me out here

Mike, head up a board to the DIY_PROM board. There is a ton of information in the Tuning Guide Book sticky. A lot of reading and studying is required at first. Mostly to get an understanding of the terms and what they mean.
I would get a good handle on tuning before swapping in the cam & intake. Otherwise you will be fighting both a bad running engine while trying to figure everything else out.
