This 1227165 ECM is in a 305 TPI 1988 TransAm.
I believe the PROM is: 16082435, 2436AKFY

This is a MAF sensor car. I am trying to reproduce the ignition behavior of the stock ECM.

I have successfully installed a DIYPNP MicroSquirt Module (Megasquirt derivative) setup into this car, which will run based on a MAP sensor that comes with the setup.

Does anyone have the stock ignition tables? I need to know the total timing (Base + whatever the ECM puts in) at different amounts of load, so I can program the Megasquirt ignition to something sensible.

Does anyone have a spark advance table handy?

If not, does anyone have BINs/ECU files for this ECM? Whats the best way to get this data? What tools are the easiest to use if I just want to obtain the spark advance table for the stock setup?

It sounds like you would be better off asking for the MegaSquirt advance table. What version of MegaTune do you have? I am running MegaSquirt and I could send you the .msq file. You will of course need to make changes from any spark map, especially mine as my engine is very different, but my file should get you able to start it and keep it running well enough.

 

If you want to see the stock settings you will need to download TunerPro and an 8dxdf file and the appropriate .bin file. If you can't find the right .bin file send tunedperformance a pm and see if he would email you a stock .bin
