7730 TPI Connectors

I searched local bone yards for harnesses, but there are none to be had. So I would like to buy the 2 black and 1 yellow connectors with the brass terminals. Seen some on ebay but no terminals. Are there other sources supplying these parts to build a new harness? Painless or American Wire do not sell them.
Any help, please?
Oh yeah, reason - fire destroyed the old ones.

Re: 7730 TPI Connectors

Do a search through posts in this forum (DFI and ECM), I have seen a link to a site that sells these connectors new, with and without terminals. Sorry I can't be any more specific than that, I need to find the site again at some point too.

Re: 7730 TPI Connectors

I did multiple searches on this board and only found the two connector ecm. I also googled for them and as I stated they were less the terminals. So unless they are deep in the threads or too old, I missed them. I found the 3 connector set on ebay but it had the green one with the 2 black ones. If you can find the needed info, it will be greatly appreciated.

Try rockauto.com. I've found some electrical connectors there before that I couldn't find anywhere else.

The yellow/green connecter is nla new , The 1227730 was used in many fwd vehicles . It would be easier to find them that way. The black ones are the same as tbi and tpi maf c3 ecms.

Thanks 92rs- I did try r/a but no such product found.

Thanks t/p - I tried using the mouser site, but I could not find the yellow connector. Found red, blue tan and natural. I'll keep searching. Again thanks.

If that is a light green, or lime green connector, it is the correct one for a '7730. At that time GM was eliminating yellow connectors for anything that wasn't related to the airbag system. Even the airbag wiring started to get yellow tracers in the harness.

What we do is purchase the blue 32-pin connector and mill the keys off the bottom. It can then be used in place of the yellow, lime green, or orange (for the '8253 ECM) connector. And being blue sets it apart from the two black connectors.

RBob.
