Will the ecm and chip be compatible with the lt4 hot cam on the zz4 conversion?

 

86, I know this doesn't answer your question directly but it might get you going in the right direction. The only thing that the ecm controls is the idle and cruise circuit in the carb and ignition timing, maybe the egr, I think. If I were you I would ask this same question on the carb board. I bet someone over there is already running the same setup as you want to run.
