cool compensation spark vs. load ?

In TC $6E .tdf there is a definition called cool compensation spark vs. load. What does this do? Does it retard timing as engine temp. goes up ?

Thanks Tom

Actually it advances the timing when in a choke or warm up mode. Look closely some calibrations use a coolant spark bias, in conjunction with that table. When folks change thermostats and run things cooler, they often wind up advancing the timing due to this.

On some of the other calibrations they do some really strange things with the bias and table values.
