Not to be steppin into Craig's bidness or anything...... but I have a pair of AT29C256 EEPROMs (120ns, PC - from the same batch as what I am currently using) that I could sell ya. I supposedly had them sold a few months ago to some yahoo but have yet to recieve the money order, so...... They ran me about $4.50 each so that is all I would want in return and buyer pays shipping. Let me know.....

I've only found a couple places that stock em. JDR, PIOS, etc. Digikey, Jameco, etc haven't had em last couple times I checked.
