Anybody know what would help me or what to work with?

I basically have a Heads, 218 Cam and SuperRam car and I am having a problem. The car starts up fine and idles nice. (Using stock 89 350 Auto chip) When the car is cold and in open loop I can rev it and let off and it'll come back to the 700 RPM, but when the car is hot and in closed loop any tap of the gas and it'll come down to 400 RPM and stall unless i tap the gas which in turn the car will rev up to 1500 by itself then go down to 700. The IAC is new and set at 15 counts. TPS is .54 and its showing 130BLMs on the scanner at idle. What should I look for to change in the prom?

Sounds like the IAC isn't guite right.
Is the TB and IAC passageway clean?.
If so then try resetting the min idle speed.
I often wind up at 0 IAC counts at idle.

Iac passage and TB are mint. IAC is new and at idle and with the tech 1 plugged it its showing me 12-15 counts. It only does this when its warm. When cold and I rev it it revs and comes downt o 1000 for sec then down to 750

OK, if it's clean then the min idle needs reset.
And that suggested 12-15 count is for a stock engine.
Try for 0, and se where you are.
