Let me guess: graphing will convert you? (I'm *working* on it! I don't have the $500 it costs to BUY the graphing control like CATS did =(, so I have to write it myself. Donations, anyone?).

Regarding the ford stuff. I'm all about it. Point in a direction for obtaining the information I need for this, and I'll promptly implement it.

I noticed a bug.
When I open an ecu file and edit one thing, then close it, and try and edit another table the old closed table keeps coming up. It seams like it is order dependant. Not a big deal but it was getting annoying, just thought I'd point it out.

Edit "one thing" in the ECU, or in a related bin? What list did you open the item from?

You mention Table ... so, if I understand, you open a table (say, spark advance), and edit it. Close it. Select a different *table* (or can it be any type of item), and the previously edited table pops up instead?

Please be specific with things like this. =)

I can't reproduce this. I've tried many different ways.

Anyone else seeing this?

(Also, this would probably fit better on gmecmeditforum.markmansur.com)

Whats up SlowT -

Thanks for the kind words. Don't forget to check out version 2.05 (see related thread). Ridgefield is quite a ways from here (what, about 2 hours?).

Yeah it's about 2 hours but in a Turbo Buick with some good tune's it goes buy pretty fast.
I think I was the first to download Version 2.05.
It appeared on this board just shortly after downloading it.
This is off Topic but are you coming down for Turbo Thunder?
Email if you get a chance

AFR options?

Sorry this may sound like a dumb question, but I was wondering if anyone can tell me what the AFR options stand for. I was able to find this before but of course I forgot where it was. I know one is VATs and so on but I just don't remember which was which.

I cant seem to figure out how to download or how to correctly save a *.ecu file off the GMECMedit site? I select the file the I hit download it opens a new browser with the data. Am I supposed to save the data from there, if so in what format to get it back to the *.ecu format. Sounds like a hard way to do it or I'm not gettin it.

well, technically the ecu file format is in plain text, so you could highlight all the text in the window and save it as a *.txt file, except rename it to *.ecu.

or, you could open up your browser settings and specify that it should save unrecognized file formats to file (instead of attempting to view them in the browser window).
