I got a spark tabel from a LV8 car that I whant to put in my MAP car. Can I just print them in?

 

If you use due care.
When starting out on doing a spark table I always take a few degrees out at the higher load points, and then gradually add them back in, once I see the motor's not detonating, and it's behaving. If it varies much from what the oem file for your engine you might just do the under 2,500 rpm area, and then add another 1K RPM after you test drive that, and build on it like that. It's easy to go in small steps and proceed with caution, then make a wholesale change and then try to figure out what went wrong.
