Hooking ALDL cable to ALDL, need MINOR help PLEASE!

Hooking ALDL cable to ALDL, need MINOR help PLEASE!
Ok I built the ALDL cable from instructions here: http://w1.601.telia.com/~u60113744/s...dl/winaldl.htm
On the site it says that the ground goes to slot "A" in the connector and the data goes to slot "E". I just looked at mine, and there is not metal connector in slot "E", so where do I hook the data wire to? If it helps, I've got a 92 TPI 350 with (I think) what you guys call the 730 ECM. Thanks.

winaldl does not work on 90 and up f bodys. you'll need to go here www.moates.net and build the 2 transistor or other interface. also the moates scanning software works nice as well.
