just say no to win95. time to let go of that one. ;-)
make sure your laptop can at least run win98. this is highly recommended, as you can't forget that you can spend about $100 on a relatively decent laptop now (300+ mhz) and the laptop is the most important link in the chip/datalogging tuning process.
don't skimp too much.
