Socket info-adapter

Here goes. The numbers below I found on what I am assuming you call the stock GM memcal. What I want to know is exactly what adapter to buy to slip in a eeprom the kind that can be erased without UV.

I don't want to have to solder/desolder anything. Is this possible for the type of ECM I have?

I am ready to buy the cable for aldl, the programmer, chips and adapter.

Could someone point me to a reputable site that sells the programmers, and chips, and possibly let me know who would have the adapter that I would not have to solder?

Something about my shakys fingers soldering around my ECM just doesn't make me comfortable at all. I cant afford to buy a new one.

Although I am no good with the hardware, im decent at making software work for me. I am ready to get into this programming and wake my 350 up!

OK, Chip has a blue cover says delco on the cover

under the cover on the right side 2264125 (on the circuit/resitor part of the chip)

on the left side numbers on the sticker on the a black chip are

4130
