Here is the deal, I keep adding more fuel in the PE tables, and nothing happens. I've got my pe vs temp table at 60%, and pe vs rpm a big curve.
The only way I have been able to make it less lean/knock less/feel better is bump up the fuel pressure. Otherwise the chip upping doesn't do anything.
On the dyno, I'm 14.0:1 to 14.9:1 at like 4800rpm.
$6E mask, modified ARAP for my setup. With an autoxray or moates software... the only PW I can monitor is Base Pulsewidth.
After 3700rpm, my BPW is 8.53 and doesn't change up till I shift at 6500rpm. These are 24lb injectors at 60psi! (I know its high but otherwise I knock like crazy)
How do I check my actual PW to find out if I'm static???

At the 8.53 msec PW they are not static. At 6,000 RPM there is 10 msec between firings, this puts the injctors at 85% DC at 6,000 RPM. At 4,000 RPM there is 15 msec beetween firings.
As to why the PW wan't go any higher, that certainly doesn't seem correct. A couple of things come to mind, but I have no idea whether any are correct. It may also be a combination of things. One thing to check is to be sure that the ECM is staying in PE mode.
If the TPS voltage goes too high it can drop out of PE thinking that the TPS is bad. This would negate the adding of any PE fuel.
Add to this the max airflow vs RPM table and the PW can go flat.
It is also a possibility that the bin is corrupt. Or a bad MAF. The MAF may be going flat at higher airflows.
Should be able to check the data logs for the TPS, airflow values, and the commanded AFR.
With the injectors at 85% at 6,000 RPM and the fuel pressure at 60psi, there may also be a fuel delivery volume problem.

TPS at WOT is 4.22-4.29
MAF Rate maxes at 4000rpm.
BPW is 8.53@ 3700rpm on
The Power Enrichment vs RPM table should allow added fuel above the max MAF values.
Doesn't give me a commanded AFR but MOATES software guesses at it and says its about 8.9:1 (which is wrong based on WBO2)
It's possible the bin is corrupt, but I havn't had any other problems with the bin or maf as I save each edited bin individually.
Fuel pressure @ WOT is the next check.
My AFR rises as the RPMS rise but only by about a point. Would could be associated with lack of fuel either via pump, or chip?
Would the fact that I am running my bin @ 36lb/hr injector constant... when I have 24s...... When I had it set at 24-25, it ran very very rich at cruise/idle (pegged 108) and took alot of maf changes to correct it, so I just used the constant.
Would that be a factor for limiting PE fueling?

Well I set the injector constant to 30lbs... and my WOT bpw went up to 10.52 and its still a flat line... Maybe when I get down to 24lb injc (lots of maf table tweaking to get it to work right) It won't be pegged!
edit: 25lb set, 12.52 PW.
More than enough PW to be static at 6000rpm.
Except it still flatlines... I might be getting overly rich now cause it feels a little groggy and deeper sounding.

At this rate, you need to start using an ecm bench and figure out what's really going on. Run the chip on the bench, and know what it does, then install it in the car and make sure things match.Originally posted by Twilightoptics

Just my 2 cents worth.
Time to learn this whole ecm bench thing eh....

While kinda pricey in the land of freeware, when it comes time to save wear and tear on a car, it gets cost effective real fast.
And in some cases being able to set the WOT PWs, and then just make a few passes to verfiy things is a whole lot easier then making passes try to develope a tune.
