19lb->21lb PE or AE changes???

I recently changed from 19 lb/hr injectors to 21 lb/hr I have changed the inj. flw rate and some crank fueling items. I did some datalogging and ran it through VE master to get my ve tables close. They are now pretty close. I have no problem at idle or at light cruising however when I get in it I get a stumbling/missing problem. It seems to occur at >50% throttle. I had richened it up globally by fudging the inj. flow rate and I have noticed when it runs pig rich the symptom seems to disappear, however normal drivability suffers.
Do I need to go through and adjust my PE or AE?
I appreciate any suggestions.

It depends, maybe, maybe not.

Try making some small changes and note what the changes do. The best way to get used to working with this stuff is by working with it. Also, taking notes is a key element.

What mask are you running?.

sorry, I am running a 730 8D.
Should I start by taking fuel out?

For the new guy, or someone not using a WB, the safe default is going rich, or retarding the timing, first.
Then if that's the wrong way, try slowing leaning it out.

And be sure to use some sort of devise to measure performance when you're getting serious about the WOT stuff. Sometimes a car will feel dramatically slower, while in fact going faster.
