What do I have? Hypertech chip and D27128

I got this from a guy that burned a chip for an engine I got from him but I ended up using a 730 computer instead of a 165. The hypertech part number is 128821, which says 88 camaro, which I believe it was an 87 or 88 that it came from. The chip is a D27128D chip from NEC which clearly isn't stock with the PROM. I'm just wondering if the chip itself is of any use since I have a 730 PROM (if I reburn it). Also does the hypertech 16 pin ICs have any purpose or is it the larger IC that does all the performance gains.

Would something like this be worth anything to anyone? Or should I just scrap it?

Now if it was a rare collectible, or limited edition, you might might be able to sell it on ebay.
