I would like to know more about the 'highway mode' in burnt chips. What does it do? What kind of MPG gains are attainable? Can I use it day to day or would that possibly lean it out or do other bad things?
In the tuning aspects, what you will reply with will fly over my head, but is it easy for a beginner to do? I would like to burn 2 chips one day. I have my stocker for everyday driving, a performance chip for track and fun, and a highway mode chip for optimum MPG when traveling.

Really short answer is leans the car out for better mileage at highway speeds. Can do this with the spark and/or VE tables. The stickies go into the detail on how and what to so and watch out for....
