Super AUJP converted to manual trans?

Engine: 355 TPI siamesed runners
Transmission: Tremec T56
Axle/Gears: 12-Bolt 3.73

and I apologize if I missed it, but I see talk of converting this bin to a manual trans but no record of someone doing it. I need the upper RPM tables as with our short tube runners we're hitting RPMs higher than 5400 and the air/fuel ratio is getting out of whack according to our wide band O2 sensor. I have the extended table in TunerPro RT but am told it only works on AUJP, not on an AXXD that I am using.

The S_AUJP_V4 "should" have this working. It is a base AUJP but has some things to make it work with the manual.
A couple testers are indicating good results.
Still just a few issues to clean up before letting it go.
Mostly XDF, WB and ADS file issues that will make things confusing if not coordinated.
There are allot of cal items that also change with the MT and there looks to be an application to help port over the old bin settings to the new one.
